Stitch Against the Cold

In an effort to help those in need this winter, we are collecting knitted, crocheted, or sewn hats as donations.

Your handmade hats can be knitted, crocheted, or sewn in any color, size, or pattern. Please make them out of materials that are easy to clean. Put your handmade hats in a Ziploc-type bag or plastic grocery bag tied in a knot and drop them in the book drop at Maring-Hunt Library. (Please only drop off to Maring-Hunt).

Below are some links to patterns and a list of books for you to check out. If you have questions, need yarn, or need help finding a pattern, email [email protected] or call the info desk at 765-747-8204 daily from 1-5pm. We'll help you find a book or pattern and supply yarn that can be delivered to your car using MPL To Go at Maring-Hunt Library.
