Book & Film Clubs

Muncie Public Library's book and film clubs are currently being held via zoom and/or in-person. Everyone is welcome. You do not need to have a library card or already be part of the club to join!
Books on Tap features a wide variety of books across many different genres. Club regulars choose what we will be reading in future meetings.
We meet the last Tuesday of every month at Twin Archer Brewpub and via Zoom at 6:30pm.

Reading Circle features a lively group who love to read and share their thoughts and insights on an eclectic mix of popular and literary fiction and the occasional nonfiction book.
We meet the 2nd Monday of every month at Kennedy Library at noon.

Papercuts is a horror book club exploring all books that bleeds, crawls, slashes, or goes bump in the night.
We meet on the 1st Monday of every month at The Cup and via Zoom at 7pm.

We meet on the 2nd Monday of every month on Zoom at 8pm.

Global Perspectives is a literary group devoted to exploring history and looking at diverse perspectives through fiction.
We meet bi-monthly the 2nd Wednesday of the month from August 2022-June 2023 at Carnegie Library at 6pm.

CineMuncie is a film club featuring a variety of art, indie, cult, and world cinema.
We meet on the final Wednesday of every month at Carnegie Library at 6:30pm.
