Face off and prepare a spectacular hand-made craft using all of your silly "ingredients" in just 5 minutes! Only one will win each round and the rest are CHOPPED! 

Let your creative juices flow! In this program, you will learn the art of constructing your own puppet pal and how to give them the perfect personality.

Fresh flowers are a wonderful way to brighten the day, but what if you could create flowers that lasted all year long? Join use for a summer reading program in the Kennedy story room and learn how to change simple paper into beautiful flowers!

Drop in and make fun (and messy) artistic creations. This program will be held outside in our green space weather permitting*. Kids of all ages with caregiver. Please wear clothing that can get paint on them. 

Creepy crawly insects are everywhere! Let's make some out of clay. Join us in the Kennedy story room for 3-D art using colorful polymer clay to create small bugs.

Learn about the art of printmaking and create your own prints! Join us for a guided printmaking lesson in Kennedy story room.  Create a unique art style that gives you multiple artworks and you can create at home!

The world if your oyster! Come and test out different art mediums with a giant buffet of art supplies. From crayons to yarn to paint to tissue paper, everything is up for grabs at this program!

Experience different mediums of art as you move station to station in the Kennedy Meeting Room! Find your own unique way to create as you work with all the different art materials. This is a fun experience for anyone who likes to learn hands-on.

Watercolors can be just as fun and challenging as having a pet! Get creative in the Kennedy story room with a lesson in watercolors. Create a colorful painting of a dog, cat, lizard, fish, or bird, the pet of your dreams!

Do you think you're funny? Come test out your comedy chops with some hilarious improv games and challenges. This is a space to be as goofy and silly as you want to be! 

Let's provide homes for our feathered friends. Families will build and use paint or markers to decorate a colorful bird house to take home. While supplies last.

Children 7 and under must have a caregiver present.

Bring your own shirt to this event and we will provide the tie-dye supplies. Join us in the Kennedy green space and create your own colorful art to wear the rest of the summer! 

Get "glowing" with this bright, fun mushrooms and plant-life painting! Join us for a guided painting lesson at Kennedy story room and create a different kind of painting on black canvas with neon/ glow-in-the-dark paint.
