The Muncie Public Library Board of Trustees will meet. All meetings are free and open to the public. When necessary, the MPL House & Finance Committee and Personnel Committee will meet.

Stories, songs, rhymes, and more for our youngest story time friends and their caregiver!

Explore, create, and play at Tinker Tots! There will be three-four open-ended activity stations to explore at each monthly event. The stations will be based upon STEAM concepts and sensory stations.

Drop in and make fun (and messy) artistic creations. This program will be held outside in our green space weather permitting*. Kids of all ages with caregiver. Please wear clothing that can get paint on them. 

It's a Summer Solstice Celebration!  Come enjoy an evening of games, crafts, food, and the Shamaniacs Drum Troupe.

Step into the world of suspense as acclaimed author and former journalist Keith Roysdon unveils his debut fiction novel, That October.

Join us at Kennedy Library as we take a deep dive into the colorful worlds of animation with a free double feature screening of films with a discussion & presentation on the films’ history and animation techniques used in their making afterwar

Enjoy a story time, songs, and dancing for ages 3-5 and a caregiver!

After our Music & Movement Story Time, we will serve coffee and set up supplemental, creative play stations. Chat with other parents and relax with a cup of coffee while your kiddos have fun in the library!

You will learn how iPhones and their apps work. You will be able to ask questions about iPhones. This is an open discussion class.

Join us in the Kennedy Meeting Room for Preschool Pals! Children ages 3-5 can enjoy a fun story time, songs, and activities all to encourage a lifelong love of reading!

Creepy crawly insects are everywhere! Let's make some out of clay. Join us in the Kennedy story room for 3-D art using colorful polymer clay to create small bugs.
