Event Details

The Ball State Hospitality 400 class invites you to a celebration of culture, food, and storytelling inspired by the Big Read project.  This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, share experiences and celebrate the richness of our community through food and cultural flavors.  This is a ticketed event.  The cost is $10.00

Tasting will include:

Banana Bread, Chocolate sheet cake, chicken and noodles, flank steak, salsa/pico de gallo and chips, pumpkin pie, homemade candy, Nana’s secret cake, fruit cake, salmon patties, pierogies, Polish noodles, grandma’s smashed potatoes, peach cobbler, pepper steak
