Take a culinary journey through 250 years of American food with the BSU Hospitality 400 class as they present  A Taste of 250 Years: The Story of Food in America".  Students will research and prepare food from the Native Americans, the Colonial era, 1800 immigrants, the Modern era, and more.  Stop at each station to taste the food of America and learn about how our food has changed over 250 years.
