Program description:

Inspired by Sergeant Stubby, World War l's most decorated war dog, this program honors the bravery and loyalty of service animals who have served beside humans in war and peace. It highlights the Purple Poppy, the NSAR Education Program, and the National Service Animals Monument, while featuring the memorial work of American sculptor Susan Bahary, whose military dog sculptures honor the enduring bond between service animals and their handlers.
