Hoosier Shakespeare Festival

Muncie Public Library is proud to be a sponsor of the 2025 Hoosier Shakespeare Festival. Look for MPL at the event to sign up for Summer Reading, get library info, or select a free book from our MPL Book Bike! Free book distribution made possible by Classroom Connections of East Central Indiana. This FREE Shakespeare event is for all ages and is held outside at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens. (In case of rain, it might move inside.) Bring your own blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic. Preshow is 6pm. Curtain opens at 6:30pm. Ending time is approximate. Plays to be presented--Friday: Hamlet, Saturday: Love's Labor's Lost. Event sponsors include MPL, The Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County, and eKeeper Systems.
