Q: What are the guidelines for borrowing from MPL?
A:  Resident Library Cards are available to all residents and property owners in the Muncie Center Township tax district. Nonresident Cards can be purchased by those who live outside the taxing district.  A library card provides the opportunity to check out books, magazines, movies, music, and more.
